We deliver a wide range of items including sofas, beds, wardrobes, white goods, dining tables, gym equipment, garden furniture, antiques, and other large or bulky items that need a van rather than a car or a standard courier. We also handle business stock, trade deliveries, and event equipment. Can you collect an item I have bought on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, or Gumtree?

Yes. Marketplace collection and delivery is one of the most common general delivery jobs we do. If you have bought something too large to collect yourself — a sofa, a dining table, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe — we can collect it from the seller's address and bring it straight to yours. Give us the collection address, your delivery address, and a description of the item and we will give you a clear price.

Do you cover deliveries outside Brighton and Sussex?

Yes. While we are based in Brighton and most of our general delivery work is across Sussex, we regularly cover deliveries to London and further afield nationwide. We have delivered to major venues including Birmingham NEC and Alexandra Palace. If your delivery is outside Sussex, call us with the details and we will confirm whether we can cover it and give you a tailored price.

How is the price calculated for a general delivery?

General delivery jobs are priced individually based on the size and weight of the item, the collection and delivery addresses, access at both ends, and any additional requirements such as carrying items upstairs or assembly on arrival. Can you carry items upstairs or into specific rooms?

Yes. We carry deliveries to the room of your choice, including upstairs, into loft spaces where access permits, and into outbuildings or garages. We do not leave items at the doorstep. If there are access challenges at your property — narrow stairs, tight corners, no lift — let us know in advance and we will plan accordingly.

Can you assemble furniture after delivery?

Yes. We offer a furniture assembly service that can be added to any delivery job. If you need a flat-pack built on arrival, or existing furniture disassembled before we collect it and reassembled at your destination, we can include that as part of the same booking. Let us know when you enquire and we will factor it into your quote.

Do you handle fragile or valuable items?

Yes. We use protective blankets and secure load straps on every job and take extra care with fragile, delicate, or valuable items. Antiques, glassware, ceramics, and specialist equipment are all handled with the same attention we give to high-value removals. If you have something particularly precious, tell us when you enquire and we will make sure the right precautions are in place before we load.

Are you insured for general deliveries?

Yes. We carry £20,000 Goods in Transit insurance and £5 million public liability insurance on every job including general deliveries. Your items are fully covered from the moment we collect them through to delivery and placement in your chosen room.
