What types of events and stalls do you provide logistics for?

We work with a wide range of clients including market traders, craft and artisan stall holders, exhibition exhibitors, sound and AV equipment operators, pop-up shop owners, and businesses attending trade shows and large exhibitions. No two events are the same and we tailor our approach to what you are moving, how much there is, and where you need to be and by when.

Which event venues have you delivered to?

We have experience delivering to major national venues including London Olympia, Alexandra Palace, and Birmingham NEC, as well as local markets, fairs, and events across Brighton, Hove, and Sussex. Large exhibition venues often have strict loading bay windows and specific access requirements, and we are familiar with how those logistics work. If you are attending a venue not listed here, get in touch and we will confirm whether we can cover it.

Do you cover nationwide events or only Sussex?

We cover events nationwide. While we are based in Brighton and serve many clients across Sussex, we regularly transport stall equipment and event kit to venues across England. Call us on 07552 555 820 with your event location and we will give you a clear, tailored price.

How do you protect fragile or valuable event equipment in transit?

We use protective blankets, secure load straps, and careful manual handling on every job. Fragile display items, valuable stock, and delicate equipment are packed and positioned in the van to minimise movement during transit. If you have particularly sensitive items — glassware, electronics, bespoke display units — let us know when you enquire and we will make sure the right precautions are in place before we load.

Can you help with setup and breakdown at the venue as well as transport?

Yes. We can assist with unloading and positioning at your venue as well as the transport itself. If you need extra hands to help get everything into place before the event opens, or to break down and load up at the end of the day, we can include that as part of the booking. Tell us the full scope of what you need when you enquire and we will build that into your quote.

How far in advance should I book for an event?

As early as possible, particularly for large national exhibitions where venue loading bay slots and access windows are allocated in advance and can fill up quickly. For smaller local events we can often accommodate shorter notice. As a general guide, book as soon as your event date and stand allocation are confirmed — the earlier you contact us the more flexibility we have on timing and routing.

Do you work with small independent businesses as well as larger exhibitors?

Yes, and this is something we genuinely enjoy. We are a small business ourselves and we understand what it means to show up to an event prepared and on time when your livelihood depends on it. Whether you are a sole trader with a market stall or a company taking a stand at a major exhibition, we give every job the same level of care and attention.

Are you insured for event logistics and trade show deliveries?

Yes. We carry £20,000 Goods in Transit insurance and £5 million public liability insurance on every job, including event logistics and trade show deliveries. Your equipment and stock are fully covered from collection through to delivery, setup, and the return journey.
