Orion and Sirius are modern high-rise developments on The Boardwalk with lift access and a three-storey sub-ground basement car park accessed through a controlled electronic gate. A removal vehicle cannot enter the basement. Loading takes place at ground level, which needs to be agreed with building management before completion day, not on the morning itself.

The Multi-Storey Does Not Accept Large Vehicles

The western multi-storey car park at the Marina does not accept oversized or long wheelbase vehicles. This rules out a standard Luton van as a waiting or staging area. We plan around this by confirming a loading point and arrival window before the day so we are not left looking for somewhere to hold the vehicle while keys clear.

Private Estate Coordination

Brighton Marina is managed by an estate management company with its own security and access systems. Unlike a standard Brighton street, there is no council bay suspension process here.
