This case study is a good example of how we handle a move when the customer cannot be there at all. Our customer was outside the UK when their Brighton tenancy came to an end, booked us on the day, and within 48 hours a two person team had packed their entire student room in Coldean, moved everything out before the tenancy expired, and handed the labelled boxes over to a storage provider they arranged from abroad.
