Are we using the best access?
Sometimes it’s best to use the front door, other times it pays to avoid narrow corridors and use the garden doors or even sometimes windows! We scope out the property and work out the lowest risk route to get your property where it needs to be.
Does it need to be dismantled?
If you let us know in advance we can arrange someone onsite to dismantle and remantle as is required safely and efficiently
Straps and blankets?
Whilst in transit, we make sure its covered in blankets protecting the upholstery and strapped in to prevent any nasty surprises on delivery. It's especially important to strap up the moving parts of your sofa beds.
Can we remove the feet?
First things first remove any feet or parts that stick out if it’s possible or safe to do so. This prevents unnecessary scrapes when lifting the furniture in and out of your properties.
